Where to find information about us and our products
You can find everything you need to know about us, Una, and our products on our website before you order. We also confirm the key information to you in writing after you order via email.
When you buy from us you agree that:
- We only accept orders once we have checked them.
- Sometimes we may reject orders.
- We charge you when we accept your order.
- We pass on changes in VAT where required.
- We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
- Products may vary slightly from their pictures.
- You are responsible for making sure your measurements are accurate.
- We charge you if you do not give us required information.
- If you purchased online, you have a legal right to change your mind (with exceptions).
- You have rights if there is something wrong with your product.
- We can change products and amend these terms.
- We can suspend or withdraw supply (with conditions).
- We can end our contract with you in certain situations.
- We do not compensate you for all losses caused by us or our products.
- We use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Notice.
- You have several options for resolving a dispute with us.
- Other important terms apply to our contract.
Orders and Payment
Order confirmation: We will confirm receipt of your order, and then confirm acceptance either by email or when we dispatch the product.
Sometimes we reject orders: This may happen if the product is unavailable, misplaced, or if we cannot verify your payment. You will be refunded if your order is not accepted.
Payment: You are charged when we accept your order. You own the product once we have received your payment in full.
VAT and Pricing
If the VAT rate changes between your order date and delivery, we will adjust the price unless you have already paid in full.
Delays outside our control
If supply is delayed due to events outside of our control, we will notify you and take steps to minimise the delay. We will not compensate for such delays, but you may cancel the order for a refund if the delay is substantial. For the avoidance of doubt, a refund will not be issued where there is proof of delivery.
Product Descriptions
Products may look slightly different in real life than on your screen. Because some products are handmade, measurements and colours may vary slightly.
Your Responsibility for Measurements
Please check our sizing guide before purchasing. You are responsible for ensuring measurements are correct for your needs.
Your Legal Right to Cancel (for online orders)
Changing your MindLegal Right: You have 14 days from the day your product is delivered to change your mind.
Exceptions - you cannot return:
- Products unsealed and not suitable for return for hygiene reasons.
- Personalised or custom-made items.
- Products that have become inseparably mixed with others after delivery.
Returns Process
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting: hello@unaarchive.comThen return the item within 14 days of that notice.
Return Method:
Returns are at your own cost. We strongly recommend tracked shipping. If we do not receive the return and you have no proof of postage, we cannot issue a refund.
Condition of Returned Items:
Returned products must be in original, unused condition, with tags and packaging intact. We do not accept returns of stained, damaged or worn items.
Refund:
Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the product back, using your original payment method.

Changes, Suspension and Cancellation
We may suspend or withdraw products to: - Make technical changes
- Comply with law or regulation
- Address unexpected issues.
We will contact you if suspension lasts more than 10 working days. You can cancel and receive a refund if that happens.
When we can cancel
We can end the contract if: - You fail to pay within 10 working days after a reminder.
- You do not provide required information.
- You fail to accept delivery or collect your order.
Our Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer caused by us unless: - The loss was not foreseeable.
- It was caused by events outside our control.
- It was something you could have avoided by following instructions.

If you have a complaint, please email us at hello@unaarchive.com and we will do our best to resolve it. You also have the right to alternative dispute resolution or to go to court. This contract is governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Other Legal Terms
- We may transfer our rights and obligations to another company. If we do, we will notify you.
- You may only transfer this contract with our agreement.
- The contract is only between you and us. A person who is not a party to this agreement has no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
- If any part of this contract is invalid, the rest remains in force.
- If we delay in enforcing our rights, we can still do so later.
